Triparchi

Terms of Service

Last updated 9 October 2026

1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and Jared Matthew Ong ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Triparchi, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

2. What Triparchi is

Triparchi helps you plan trips. It finds the places in posts, links, text and screenshots you share to it, keeps places in lists, suggests places, arranges them across your days, and estimates how long it takes to travel between them. Ask Archie, the app's AI assistant, can answer questions about your trip and suggest changes to it. You can plan a trip or a list together with other people. It is a planning tool: it does not book anything, sell anything on behalf of a venue, or guarantee that a place will be open when you arrive.

3. Information about places

Ratings, opening hours, photographs and addresses come from third-party sources and can be out of date or wrong. Travel times are estimates. When Triparchi plans days around the days a place is closed, it can only go by the hours it has been given. Places found in an import are picked out by an AI model and can be missed or matched to the wrong place. Ask Archie is in beta and its answers can be wrong too. Check anything that matters, such as opening hours, ticket requirements, accessibility, or whether a place still exists, directly with the venue before you rely on it. We are not responsible for a trip that goes differently from the plan.

4. Your account

Triparchi asks you to sign in with Apple or Google when you first open it, and an account is required to use the app. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

5. Your content

Your itineraries, lists, notes and ratings are yours. While you are signed in, we keep a private backup of your trips and lists on our servers so they come back on a new phone or after a reinstall. When you share a trip or list, you let us store it and show it to the people you share it with. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run these features. You are responsible for what you write, share or publish, and for not putting anything unlawful or infringing into the app.

6. Sharing and editing with other people

7. Content rules and reporting

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post, share or publish anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or threatening, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is spam. This applies to trips, lists, notes, names, profile photos and public templates.

If you see content that breaks these rules, report it with Report in the app or on the web page where you see it, or write to contact@triparchi.com. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and remove the accounts of people who post it.

8. Places from reels and other posts

When you share a TikTok or Instagram post to Triparchi, we read that post to find the places in it (the privacy policy explains how). By doing so:

9. Notifications

Triparchi sends notifications only if you allow them when your phone asks. We use them to tell you an import is ready, and about changes to trips and lists you share. We do not send advertising notifications. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings, and trip and list updates in the app's Settings.

10. Subscriptions

Without paying, you can plan as many trips as you like, make an itinerary from places you have saved or picked, share trips and lists, plan them with other people, and save any trip as a PDF with no watermark. Each account also gets 10 imports and 5 Archie messages in total, and they do not refill. Triparchi Pro is a paid subscription that adds:

Paying for Pro works like this:

11. Fair use

Please do not reverse-engineer the app, scrape or bulk-extract our place data, resell access, use the app to break the law, use it to harass anyone you share with, or interfere with the service for anyone else. We may suspend access that does any of these.

12. What belongs to whom

The app, its name, its design and its software are ours or our licensors'. Place data, photographs and map imagery belong to their respective providers and are used under licence. Content in posts you share belongs to its creators. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

13. Availability

We try to keep Triparchi working, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may stop supporting older versions of the app.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on place information, travel estimates or Ask Archie's answers, or from changes other people make to a trip or list you share with them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

15. Ending it

You can stop using Triparchi at any time by deleting the app, and delete your account from the app's Settings. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms, including the content rules in section 7.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will say so in the app before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.
